Southend Leisure & Tennis Centre in Southend-on-Sea offers courts suitable for pickleball within a leisure centre facility. The venue supports organised pickleball sessions delivered byPukka Pickleball and general court use.
Pukka Pickleball is a fully inclusive local club, providing multiple organised sessions for players of all abilities, with structured play based on DUPR ratings to ensure balanced games. The club also runs a bi-monthly doubles league at Southchurch High School, where players can expect around 10 matches per event. All scores are recorded on DUPR, with medals awarded to top performers. Entry costs £25, and sessions and events must be booked in advance via Spond. Pukka Pickleball - Mon 16:00 - 17:00 (£7.50) Pukka Juniors, 1 hour coaching for junior players with qualified Pickleball coaches, all levels welcome.
Pukka Pickleball - Fri 10:00 - 11:30 (£7.50) Drills, coaching, and social matchplay with a qualified pickleball coach, all levels welcome.
Pukka Pickleball - Sun 10:00 - 12:00 (£10) Extended drills and coaching session with matchplay.
Spond is used for all session bookings and membership is free, with 2 hour sessions costing £10.
