Catering for all ages and abilities, YMCA Lytham hosts a vast range of sporting activities both in and outdoor. If you're a fitness class fanatic you're in for a treat! We run the world-renowned Les Mills programme in our fitness studios and sports hall, but you can choose from a range of fitness and relaxation classes of your choice.
