Drill Set Up
- Requires a minimum of 6 people.
- Split the group evenly so both groups are on either half of the court, acting as teams.
- The drill starts as a standard 2v2 game.
- Extra players stand outside the service box, on the on-deck line.
How to run it
- A standard 2v2 rally is played until the point is decided.
- Once the point is done, one player from each team goes out.
- The next player in line from the on-deck line comes in to replace them.
- Play continues as usual, with the rotation repeating after every point.
- The drill continues until one team reaches 11 points.
Coaching Points
- Since the drill is fast-paced with constant rotation, players coming in need to get into position and communicate with their new partner quickly.
