Macclesfield Pickleball Club
Macclesfield Pickleball Club is dedicated to promoting and developing pickleball in the local area, offering a friendly and inclusive environment for players of all abilities, from complete beginners through to competitive level.
The club is notable for having dedicated outdoor pickleball courts, a rarity in the region. Outdoor sessions run across the week: Saturday 10:00 - 12:00 (all abilities) and 12:00 - 13:00 (beginners and improvers), Sunday 10.00 - 12.00 (all abilities) and 12:00 onwards (improvers), plus weekday sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with times shared via the club WhatsApp group. Most outdoor sessions are drop-in with no booking required.
Indoor sessions are held on Thursday evenings at Lifestyle Leisure, Macclesfield College, from 18:00 - 19:30pm (all abilities) and 19:30 - 21:00 (advanced, DUPR rated players). Additional indoor sessions run on Sunday mornings during winter from 09:15 - 11:00 and 11:00 - 12:30.
Annual membership is £83, which includes club membership and Macclesfield Tennis Club social membership, providing access to the clubhouse, car park and facilities. Visitor passes are available at £5 per session for up to three visits.
