The Inner Pickle Tournament returns on Sunday 29 November 2026 at Quinton House, Upton Lane, Northampton, NN5 4UX, offering two any-gender doubles tournaments across the day for players of all levels and abilities aged 18 and above.
The morning tournament runs from 09:30 - 13:00 and the afternoon tournament from 13:30 - 17:00. Players may enter either or both tournaments. Each player registers individually and can name their chosen partner during registration or request a partner allocation. Partners remain the same throughout the tournament.
Each tournament follows a league phase, with eight teams progressing to a single elimination knockout stage beginning at the quarter finals. Progression is determined by highest aggregate score, followed by number of wins, draws and points differential. Every team is guaranteed a minimum of six matches, with teams eliminated from the knockout stage having the opportunity for recreational games at the tournament director’s discretion and subject to time.
All matches will be played using Franklin X40 balls.
The entry fee is £15.00 per person, with refunds subject to terms and conditions. Full tournament terms and conditions will be available to review as part of the registration process.
The venue offers free on-site parking, air conditioning, changing rooms and toilets, a free water refill station, player rest areas and outdoor green space.
