English Open 2026 Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Racquetsphere International Limited (trading as The Pickleball Directory), company registration 16213154, registered office 1 St Paul's Square, Liverpool L3 9JS ("the Promoter").
2. How to Enter
To enter, take on the leaderboard challenge at The Pickleball Directory stand at the English Open, NEC Birmingham, and submit your name and email address via the entry form. Entry is open from 11–16 August 2026. One entry per person.
3. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Racquetsphere International Limited, Elite Island Resorts, and their immediate families.
4. The Prize
One winner will receive a seven-night all-inclusive stay for two at The Verandah Antigua, courtesy of Elite Island Resorts, as described below:
Elite Island Resorts is offering one lucky winner the chance to win a seven-night all-inclusive stay for two at The Verandah Antigua, one of the Caribbean's standout pickleball destinations. Set across 30 acres overlooking Antigua's spectacular coastline, the adults-only resort features four dedicated pickleball courts, two beaches, pools, restaurants and bars, plus a range of activities and non-motorised watersports. Enjoy tropical sunshine, all-inclusive dining and drinks, and plenty of time on court at a resort where some of the world's best players, including Ben Johns and members of Team England James Chaudry and Thaddea Lock, have stayed and played.
5. Prize Conditions
- Prize is valid for a maximum of 2 adults aged 18 and over
- Prize consists of one room for 7 nights on an all-inclusive basis at The Verandah Antigua with free pickleball
- Prize is valid for travel: 1–30 June 2027 (subject to change based on availability and unforeseen mitigating circumstances)
- Prize certificate may not be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable or changeable
- Prize certificate cannot be used with any other promotional offer
- Winner is responsible for all transportation to and from the prize property; transfers are not included
- Winner is responsible for flights to and from the prize destination
- Winner is responsible for ensuring all necessary entry requirements for Antigua and Barbuda are met
- Winner is responsible for the $29 per room per night resort fee and $5 per person per night statutory tourism levy, both payable locally to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda
6. Winner Selection
This is a skill-based competition. The winner will be the entrant with the highest score on the live leaderboard at the close of the entry period (16 August 2026, at the close of the English Open). Where two or more entrants are tied for the highest score, the winner will be selected at random from among those tied entrants. Selection will take place on 17 August 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days using the details provided at entry.
7. Right to Substitute
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
8. Data Use
Entrants' personal data will be used by the Promoter to run this competition and, where consented to at entry, to send marketing communications and/or share details with Elite Island Resorts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. General
The Promoter's decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that don't meet these terms. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
